What exactly do the lenses do?
LAMP lenses filter blue-rich light at three strengths: FOCUS is the lightest, FADE the deepest. They are eyewear, not medical devices, and are not designed to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Which pair should I wear, and when?
FOCUS for the screen-heavy morning and midday (roughly 9 to 5), FLOW for the long afternoon-to-evening sessions, FADE for night: your last screens before wind-down.
Do I need a prescription?
No. LAMP ships as non-prescription eyewear with flat lenses. If you need corrective lenses, these are not the pair for you.
What is in the box?
