What we collect
Your name, email address, shipping address and the details of what you ordered. If you write to us, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
Payment data
Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see or store them.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, provide support, and handle refunds. That is it.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to complete your order: our payment processor, our shipping carrier and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
The site uses the minimum needed to work properly. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you across other websites.
Deletion and access
Reply to any email we have sent you and ask us to delete your data or send you a copy of it. We action these requests within 30 days, and we keep only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
