By ordering from LAMP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
What LAMP is
LAMP sells non-prescription eyewear with tinted lenses that filter blue-rich light. LAMP is not a medical device, is not prescription eyewear, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing we publish is medical advice. If you have concerns about your eyes or vision, consult an eye care professional.
No outcome promises
We describe what the lenses are made to filter, not what they will do for you. Individual experience varies. We do not promise any specific health, sleep, comfort or performance result.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Orders are charged at checkout through our payment processor.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and the 30-day return window and refund process are covered in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product use and care
LAMP eyewear is designed for normal daytime and evening screen use. Do not use it as safety eyewear, do not use it for driving at night if the tint impairs your vision, and keep it away from small children. Clean the lenses with the supplied cloth.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
