Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping applies to every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 2 to 8 business days from shipping, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. Remote areas sit at the long end of that range.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your confirmation email, reply to that email and we will look into it.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, reply to your confirmation email right away. We can correct an address only before the order leaves our hands.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reply to your confirmation email within 14 days and we will help you file a claim.
